The site is located on Svetlaya Street in Sochi. The vast majority of surrounding buildings consist of dense private residential development.
The house is situated on very steep terrain, which determined the design solutions. Vehicle access is at the lowest point of the site, where a garage for four cars is located. The house itself is placed higher up the plot to provide better views. The layout of the house is arranged to ensure optimal views from all rooms.
Facade cladding includes plaster, natural wood, and porcelain stoneware.
