OFFICE BUILDING ON SEVASTOPOLSKAYA STREET
The site is located on Sevastopolskaya Street in Sochi. The plot is small and situated within a dense urban development area.
The complex configuration of the site determined the shape of the building. The building includes a small underground parking garage. A café is located on the ground floor, a conference hall on the second floor, and offices on the remaining floors.
The facade features fully glazed surfaces with sun shading elements in the form of vertical lamellas.
