HOTEL ON RIVIERSKY LANE
The site is located on Riviersky Lane in Sochi, in close proximity to the city beach and Riviera Park. The complex configuration of the site determined the shape of the building.
The hotel complex consists of two buildings. The main building contains all the necessary infrastructure for the operation of the complex. The second building houses apartments and a café on the ground floor.
Facade cladding includes natural stone (travertine, slate) and metal. The facade is designed with vertical landscaping placed on specially arranged planters on projecting facade elements that are offset relative to one another.
