PEARL COAST RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX
The site is located at: Lermontovo Village, Tenginskoye Rural Settlement, Tuapsinsky District, Krasnodar Krai. The complex configuration of the site and its topography determined the placement of the buildings. The surrounding area consists of sanatoriums and hotel facilities.
The complex spans two plots. The seaside plot accommodates a beach zone, a promenade, a spa building, a restaurant, a café, and rental and retail outlets for resort goods. The main plot houses residential buildings with integrated spas, restaurants, cafés, a children's center, a sports block, and a concert hall. In the farthest part of the site, detached villas are located. The territory also features outdoor pools, children's playgrounds, and sports grounds. The two plots are connected by an underground passage.
