HOUSE ON MINDALNAYA STREET
The site is located on the federal territory of Sirius, not far from the Olympic Park. The vast majority of surrounding buildings consist of dense private residential development.
Certain constraints during the design process influenced both the placement of the house and its architecture. The site is bordered by existing buildings on three sides, yet it offers panoramic views of the sea and the Olympic Park, which determined the orientation of the house and its internal functional organization.
Facade cladding includes plaster, porcelain stoneware, and natural wood.
