The site is located on the federal territory of Sirius, not far from the Olympic Park. The vast majority of surrounding buildings consist of dense private residential development.
The house is designed for two families to live in. Separate entrances are arranged from opposite sides. Since the site offers panoramic views of the sea and the Nizhneimeretinskaya Lowland, the entire grounds and the main rooms of the house are oriented toward the sea.
Facade cladding includes plaster, porcelain stoneware, and natural wood.
