The house is designed for two families to live in. For each owner, there is a separate carport for two vehicles, a gazebo, and a small pool. In each half of the house, the ground floor contains a living room with a kitchen‑dining area, a sauna with a relaxation room, a boiler room, and a walk‑in closet. The second floor contains four bedrooms with walk‑in closets and bathrooms.
Facade cladding includes plaster, wood‑look composite, and concrete tiles imitating natural stone.
