DUNA RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX COURTYARD
The site is located in the city district of Kotelniki, Moscow Region. The site is part of a comprehensive development area and is integrated into a residential neighborhood.
The task was to organize the courtyard space based on the existing site configuration and area parameters, meeting the contemporary needs of metropolitan residents. The following facilities were incorporated: a multipurpose sports ground, a yoga area, a skatepark, a children's playground, a quiet relaxation zone adjacent to a small water feature, and a climbing wall.
