HOTEL ON DALNYAYA STREET
The site is located on Dalnyaya Street in Krasnaya Polyana. The site is set back within a fairly dense development area and borders a forest on two sides. The plot is long and narrow, which determined the building's shape and landscaping solutions.
The hotel has a rectangular form. The basement level accommodates a spa, a café, and service/utility rooms. On the parking garage roof, a landscaped area with a heated outdoor pool and a guest house featuring a traditional Russian banya (steam room) has been arranged.
Facade cladding uses natural materials: plaster and wood.
