ARKHITEKTOR APARTMENT COMPLEX
The site is located at 18 Konstitutsii SSSR Street in Sochi, within a dense urban development area.
The existing building has a long history. It was formerly the Giprokommunstroy design institute. The building consists of several sections built in different historical periods, each with a different structural system, number of floors, and facade design principles. These existing conditions became the basis for creating the building's new appearance.
Facade cladding includes clinker brick, aluminum composite panels in various shades, travertine, and porcelain stoneware.
